What will you do?
As the Management Trainee at Rebtel you will play a pivotal role in supporting our next growth phase. This role is modeled after the experience our CEO had when he started his career as a Luma Management Trainee within the Kinnevik group, combining hands-on execution with high-level strategic exposure to shape future leaders.
Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the entire leadership team, you will gain a full understanding of how a global company scales. You will work across multiple functions, contribute to core business projects, and develop a broad and deep skill set. From time to time, you will also act as a personal assistant to the CEO, helping with organization, coordination, and follow-ups to keep key initiatives and schedules running smoothly.
Responsibilities and Tasks:

Be the person who makes things happen. You will help prepare materials, pull together information, make slide decks, and ensure everyone is aligned and on track.


Stay close to the leadership team, understand what is being said (and what is not), and translate ideas and direction into action. You pick up on things quickly, even from informal or passing comments. If anything's unclear, you should always feel comfortable asking for clarification.


One day you might be building a presentation for a board meeting, the next you could be running around the office making sure everything for a team event is in place. You should be ready to jump into whatever is needed to move the business forward.


Keep things moving: track priorities, follow up on actions, and support the CEO and leadership team in driving focus and effectiveness across the organization.


After being fully onboarded you will be expected to anticipate needs before they are asked for, make decisions independently, and learn quickly from feedback.


You will make mistakes and learn from them. What matters most is that you move fast, learn, and keep improving.


Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree at minimum; a Master's degree is a plus.


A self-starter mentality and the ability to work independently.


Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.


The ability to produce sharp, clear, and well-designed presentations.


A highly driven, results-oriented mindset and comfort with ambiguity.


A strong drive to deliver and achieve concrete outcomes.


The ability to interpret unclear instructions, connect dots quickly, and turn ideas into action.


Your mindset and attitude matter most. You are proactive, adaptable, and resourceful, ready to take on any challenge, from strategic problem-solving to hands-on execution.


Prior experience in a fast-paced or high-impact environment (a plus).


Fluency in additional languages beyond English (a plus).


International exposure, such as working, studying, or living abroad (a plus).
