MIS is a fully international primary school for students aged 6-16. In the beginning our students will follow the Swedish curriculum Lgr11 until January 2022 when we begin our journey towards becoming an International Baccalaureate (IB) school offering the PYP and the MYP programmes.
Our vision is that education is the most important aspect for a sustainable future. We live in a fast changing world where we need to prepare students for new situations that will occur. We are looking for:
4 positions Swe/Eng/art/humanities, including 1 coordinator
3 positions maths/science, including 1 coordinator
Our language of teaching and work is English which means that you must be fluent in English. Experience from the IB programmes is a merit. English teachers should be fluent.
You are a person who has a good ability to collaborate as part of a team, both within our school but also with other schools. You are passionate about teaching and have a flexible and positive mind set. Your communication skills help you create good relationships with students, parents, colleagues and school management. We see that you are a person who likes to take your own initiatives to always better our school.
