We are now looking for a Maintenance Manager, Paint Shop & General Assembly!
Description
The Paint Shop & General Assembly Departments, that you will be part of, is incorporated in a bigger unit inside the Manufacturing Organization. The Paint Shop & General Assembly area is responsible for production through pre-treatment, sealing and top coat in Paint Shop, as well as building complete cars in the Assembly Shop.
We also participate in international projects and your position will complement existing skills and resources, and will be reporting to the Area Manager, Paint Shop & General Assembly.
A Maintenance Manager, Paint Shop & General Assembly role involves:
• Be responsible for further development of Paint Shop & General Assembly and abroad.
• Be responsible for processes and equipment of the departments
• Strategic planning of technology capability and roll-out
• Managing budget
• Human resource management in the department
• Coaching and motivating the production engineering and development leadership team
• Maintaining an international network with strategic suppliers and partners
• Coordinate maintenance efforts to be preventive and corrective for environment, quality and delivery
• Develop processes and routines for the working environment at the department
• Be responsible for internal and external customers and suppliers
• Identify opportunities and/or implement changes to improve products, processes or reduce cost.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
• University engineering education within relevant area or equivalent experience
• Relevant experience within work area, minimum 5 years
• Experience in management positions
• Knowledge and experience of chemicals, adhesives and paints
• Experience within maintenance management systems
• Experience of working with foreign suppliers
• English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Driver license B

National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
