What You 'll Do
As the Maintenance Group Manager for the evening shift, you'll be responsible to develop, improve and oversee processes within the maintenance department, to plan and execute clear productivity (MTTR, MTBF) goals, resources and drive continuous improvements in our internal processes, safety and work environment. Also during the evening shift you will be first escalation support for production related issues.
To your aid you'll lead a group of Maintenance technicians that will work with reactive maintenance at our production plant. You and your team will work towards effective response time and problem solving to lead the production lines towards target conditions.
You will be a member of the Maintenance Management group and work in close collaboration with other departments such as Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Quality and Process Owners.
Additionally, you will responsible for:
• Analyze and improve competence within the maintenance group and resource planning
• Follow up KPI fulfillment like MTTR, MTBF, technical uptime and overall cost
• Lead employees to organization targets and expectations and empower them to take in initiatives and responsibility
• Safe work environment where the work can be carried out without risk of ill health or accidents
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff. Provide effective performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards, and disciplinary action

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have:
• Good technical knowledge within Mechanical/Automation/Electronics
• Experience working with maintenance and Lean production
• Good knowledge and experience in problem solving methods
• You have documented management experience
• Good skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
• General knowledge of various employment laws and practices and employee relations.
Education
• University degree within Manufacturing, similar education or equivalent work experience
