We are looking for a Lotus Notes Specialist to be located at our Stockholm facility
Your Role:
In this outward and multifaceted role you will be responsible for administrating a Lotus Notes database/case management system called US2000.
Within the Rail Control Systems (RCS) division, the Global Repair department is operating 10 repair centers around the world. Together with the After sales department these service centers are using the US2000 application, developed by Bombardier and owned by the Global Repair department. Your main task will be to train and support its users around the world, and provide support and services to internal customers.
Your Challenges:
You will be responsible for ensuring the continuity of access to the system, for data quality, for training the users in the different repair centers, for securing the consistent and proper usage of the database in the global user community. You will need to do 3-5 trips a year to the different repair centers located in Europe, Asia and the Americas. Furthermore you will be responsible for supporting internal customers with information, reports and retrieval of data for statistics.
Your Experience and Qualifications:
Advanced skills in Excel
Experience in working with Lotus Notes
Fluent in English
Furthermore, you should have a strong drive, be able to work independently and have good communication and teaching skills.
