The successful establishment of UNIQLO in Sweden and Denmark has defined the beginning of an exciting journey for UNIQLO in Scandinavia. As a result, they want to expand their team in Stockholm with a Loss Prevention Specialist which is a new role in their store. The role as a Loss Prevention Specialist is a key position in their Health and Safety team and requires someone who wants to grow with the company and help them develop their organization.


Dina arbetsuppgifter
As a Loss Prevention Specialist, you work in UNIQLO's store and are responsible for all initiatives and daily tasks related to loss prevention activities. This includes loss-focused tasks but also ensure that the store team has knowledge of safety policies and routines according to Loss Prevention by holding training sessions. Your main focus in this position is to reduce the loss of products and therefore you are actively working towards set goals linked to it. In this role, you also work with inventory management and security management together with the Health and Safety Manager to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees. Also included in this role are maintenance and other Health and Safety tasks such as risk assessment, evacuation, first aid, accident registration and cash management to ensure proper use. In this role, your working hours vary as they correlate with the store's opening hours.


Kvalifikationer
• Previous experience in the role as, for example, security guard or other in security alternative store experience with an interest in security
• Basic knowledge of the Office package
• Fluent in English in both oral and in writing

To a good match for this position you are a person of high integrity who is not afraid to act in uncomfortable situations. You are independent in the sense that you are able to work independently and take responsibility for your work. Since you are working in UNIQLO's store, you are service-oriented and enjoy working together with others and with customers. Furthermore, you are initiative and are happy to raise ideas on the improvement suggestions you are paying attention to.
