This is where my department comes in, we are responsible for introducing our new E-Mobility products and how we shall handle higher volumes in the long run. More specific it is our responsibility to establishing the assembly process in Scania's E-Mobility and Transmission factory.
In my department are we currently 12 team members, both newly graduated and more experienced. We have great team spirit in the group where we take the time to support and help each other to grow. The leadership in the group focuses on inclusion and support, we know that good results comes from a good team work!
