hela Sverige Do you have previous experience within logistics, customs management and administration? Are you ready to develop in your role in a global and leading company? We are looking for a logistic/customs support and admin to our client in Gothenburg.
About the role
The Role as Logistic / Customs Support and Admin is focused on supporting and working together with our Goteborg Specialist Team with in Sales, Supply Chain and Logistic related processes. Initially the focus is on backing up for Customs specialist and then to take on additional tasks (after 6 months) from the Logistic specialist. There is a possibility to develop the role towards more project based and process improvement focus if we see the potential.
The position is responsible for:
• Shipment documentation
• Preferential origin, long term supplier agreements (Free trade agreements, POC) Admin
• Customs Tariff Data base
• Goods In Transit Follow up
• Export proofs/Delivery Proofs
• Dangerous goods, special transport/documentation
• Environmental Compliance
• Customs taxation (VAT, Export, Import taxes) admin
• Insurance, goods and transport.
• Invitation letters
• Chamber of Commerce and Embassy contact
About you
You have work experience from logistics and/or customs related work tasks. Preferably You have a degree with in logistics or related education. You have some experience of relatively complex improvement projects. Skilled in English and Swedish, both in written and verbally. Knowledge in other European and/or Middle East language is a strong advantage. (Knowledge with in COH, SKF 's product range, ICSS will be qualifying.)
As a person you work well in a team. Your drive your own tasks and have analytical skills. You have a goal and solution oriented mindset, have a high focus on quality and are service minded.

About the employment
The assignment as Logistic/Customs Support and Admin is a consultative assignment with an appointment immediately. The assignment is until February 2020. As a consultant, you will get an employment in Adecco Sweden.
