Your role and responsibilities
We are now looking for a driven and experienced Local Division Manager to join our dedicated team and contribute to our continued growth and success.
As the Local Division Manager, you will lead the strong and successful Service organization in Motion Sweden to reach our ambitions growth plans and profitability targets. You will, together with your local management team, implement and further develop the local service strategy and at the same time secure optimization of the service resources on a day-to-day business. As Health and Safety is our core value it is of essence that you have a strong personal commitment to ensure a safe work environment and continuous improvement in HSE processes and integrity performance throughout the Service organization. You will be a part the Motion management team in Sweden and play an important role to deliver on overall targets for Motion Business Area in Sweden.
Responsibilities
Drive, implement, report, and monitor performance targets as part of the P&L responsibility (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.).
Continue building and developing an effective, capable, and high-performing organization, as well as guide and motivation direct and indirect reports.
Responsible for Health, Safety, and Environment and all other business compliance standards and regulations within your area of responsibility.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and implement enhancements to achieve service excellence and increase profitability.
Build sustainable customer relationships to ensure growth, satisfaction, and customer retention.
Invest in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction.
Run the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity.

Qualifications for the role
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience of successfully leading teams.
Proven track record of leading organization in a changing environment and at the same time drive internal change as needed to achieve performance targets.
Excellent knowledge of Service processes, both Field Service and Workshop Services, complemented with the courage and curiosity to challenge the norm to continuously improve current ways of working.
Strong business acumen and proven industrial market experience and customer centric DNA to enable outside in thinking and acting.
University degree in Engineering, Master's, MBA or similar is preferable with solid skills across business management, sales and project management.
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English as the position will require you to communicate globally and across Sweden and manage employees across the country.
