The Job
Due to company growth we want to strengthen our Infrastructure team with a Linux Specialist with experience of networking, routing and server administration. This is a great opportunity to join an experienced Infrastructure team, develop your skills and be part of the Rebtel journey to the VoIP frontier! Your challenge will be to develop and maintain a secure network infrastructure in a fast growing company.
The Responsibilities
Be the primary resource for administrate and develop Rebtel's firewall and network environment
Configure and maintain application load balancers
Configure and maintain routers and switches
Continuously improve security and network monitoring
Administrate and develop Rebtel Linux environment
Your Profile
To fit the role, we think you have the following experience and skills:
Great Linux skills
• 5 years experience of Linux Server administration
• 2 years experience of firewall and network administration including routing protocols and switched network
Security and network monitoring is what gets you up in the morning!
Basic knowledge of application Load balancing
It is vital that you are self-motivated, driven and have the sense of urgency it takes to work in a 24/7 production environment. Linux and network is your "thing" and you are eager to learn more and broaden your skills.
As a person you are structured and thorough, and you like to learn new things. You have an eye for improvements and set your standards high. You can communicate very well in English, if you know Swedish it's a plus.
