Business stream Food & Beverage within Business Unit Liquid Food in Tetra Pak is looking for a Line Solution Manager Beverage. Our role within Tetra Pak is to bring optimal customized processing solutions to the continuously growing global food & beverage market.
As Line Solutions Manager Beverage you are responsible for marketing, deployment, development, improvement and maintenance of our best practice line solutions. You will also be part of sales and pre-project teams working on customer opportunities, where you use your experience and creativity in selection of technology and creation of innovative customized production solutions.
In this position you will work with solutions for both well-established products such as juice and nectars, and also new innovative and fast growing products, e.g. plant based products from nuts and grains.
It is a challenging position in a highly-qualified team in an international environment with close contacts with our global sales and pre-project organisation. You will be offered an autonomous role in an expanding business area and a wide global network.
You can expect to travel around 25% of your working time.
Main responsibilities
• Own and continuously develop best practice line solutions for beverage throughout the product life cycle
• Be application expert in sales and pre-project teams
• Drive deployment of and training on best practice line solutions through the global sales and engineering organisation
• Analyse and conclude current and future industry requirements and address those in the R&D roadmap
• Drive innovation within beverage applications through opportunity management and R&D
• Competitor intelligence
Qualifications
You have a university degree in engineering or equivalent and experience of continuous liquid food production and process lines. If you have experience specifically from the beverage industry, it is an advantage. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
You are a self-motivated person who likes to be the driving force and take an overall responsibility. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and inspire people. You possess good market and technical understanding and an ability to absorb and understand customer needs, and convert those into innovative solutions for our customers. You can also see ahead and anticipate future consequences. Your communication skills are excellent and you have the ability to build trust and good relations with global colleagues, in both commercially and technically oriented positions.
