Business stream Food & Beverage within Business Unit Liquid Food in Tetra Pak is looking for a Line Solution Manager. Our role within Tetra Pak is to bring optimal customized processing solutions to the continuously growing global food & beverage market.
As Line Solutions Manager JNSD (Juice, Nectar and Still Drinks) & Other beverage you are responsible for marketing, deployment, development, improvement and maintenance of our best practice line solutions. You will be part of sales and pre-project teams working on customer opportunities, where you use your experience and creativity in selection of technology and creation of innovative customized production solutions.
In this position you will work with solutions for both well-established products such as juice, nectar, still drinks (JNSD) and new innovative and fast growing products, e.g. plant based products from nuts and grains (other beverage).
It is a challenging position in a professional team in an international environment. You will be offered an autonomous role in a global expanding business area. You can expect to travel around 25% of your working time.
Main responsibilities
• Own and continuously develop best practice line solutions for beverage production throughout the product life cycle
• Be the application expert in sales and pre-project teams
• Drive deployment of and training on best practice line solutions through the global sales and engineering organisation
• Analyse and conclude current and future industry requirements and address those in the R&D roadmap
• Drive innovation within beverage applications through opportunity management and R&D
• Competitor intelligence
Qualifications
You have a university degree in engineering or equivalent and experience of food production. If you have experience specifically from the beverage industry, it is an advantage. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
You are a self-motivated person who likes to be the driving force and take an overall responsibility. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and inspire people. You possess good technical and market understanding and an ability to absorb and understand customer needs, and convert those into innovative solutions for our customers. Your communication skills are excellent and you have the ability to build trust and good relations with global colleagues and customers.
