For our client we are looking for a Legal Counsel within the area of commercial/business and corporate law. As a Legal Consultant you will handle and advice on a wide range of commercial and corporate legal matters in an international context. You will work independently beside our client 's other Legal Counsels as support to the Head of Commercial Legal, with a cooperative and knowledge sharing mindset. Your main task will be to support with various commercial agreements, although some assignments and support related to corporate law may also be required from time to time.
Your main tasks will be:
• Prepare, review, and participate in negotiations of agreements in the areas of B2B and B2B2C.
• Provide high quality legal advice to the daily operations, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements such as but not limited to commercial framework and collaboration agreements, supply agreements, software licensing, IT-law, distribution and logistics, and general procurement agreements.
• Advice on and manage a variation of legal matters connected to the daily operations and adopting a business-partnership approach.
• Draft and update contract templates and give support in drafting of legal guidelines.
• Drive legal matters with the aim to secure strategic objectives.
• Working collaboratively within the Commercial Legal team and closely with other Legal & IP team colleagues.

Our customer is a technical research and development company owned by a Chinese company. The customer has its headquarters in Gothenburg where an Innovation Center has also been opened.

Qualifications
• You have a Swedish Law Degree.
• You have at least 4 years of relevant legal experience for example from a law firm or as inhouse legal counsel.
• You have demonstrated proficiency in negotiating, preparing, and reviewing commercial agreements.
• You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• You have experience of CAD CATIA.
• You have experience of using Teamcenter Automotive.

Salary
Salary, as agreed.
Admission and Application
Part time position 50%, on site. The position will start as soon as possible and the assignment is expected to run until 2024-01-15 with great possibility of extension.
