Position Description:
As a special counsel at Cirio, you will have the opportunity to support Cirio's client's legal needs while developing a new international client base. You will work across departments as part of a team advising clients on a variety of business law matters, particularly assisting with English-language negotiations, contracts, and arbitrations. You will be an integral part of developing Cirio's global reputation and will be expected to travel abroad as part of your responsibilities.
Your Qualifications:
U.S. law degree with 10+ years of U.S. legal experience, preferably in a well-recognized law firm
Fluency in English
Experience in financial services litigation and regulation is a plus
A collaborative attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver fast and accurate legal advice to clients
Takes initiative and ownership of legal matters
