On behalf of our client Poolia Legal is looking for a legal counsel for a temporary consultant position. The assignment which is full-time will start ASAP with the initial end date 2017-12-22, extension is possible. Selections and interviews are held on an ongoing basis, so please submit your application as soon as possible. Please submitt cover letter and CV in English.
Arbetsuppgifter
As a legal counsel you will be involved in and support sourcing projects and external supplier agreement negotiations together with sourcing managers. You will be involved in many projects within many different categories involving several different suppliers.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We are looking for a highly qualified individual, who holds a law degree, with 2-4 years of legal experience as a corporate counsel.
• You have good knowledge of supplier negotiations/supplier agreements covering services and is up to date with Swedish Law.
• You need to be comfortable with having a split agenda and supporting many people at the same time also including our colleagues around the world.
As a person you should have a commercial mindset, be pragmatic, pedagogic and proactive. Excellent command of Swedish and English is required.
