What you will do:
• Work closely with primarily the KRY R&D team to provide legal as well as strategic advice relating to KRY's technology and product development
• Support business development initiatives such as new market launches and partnerships
• Draft and negotiate contracts
• Draft policies, procedures and guidelines that helps engineering and product teams to proactively design and build legal requirements into KRY's products
• Educate the Company on legal aspects of technology and data
Who you are:
• You have a Swedish Law Degree LL.M.
• 5+ years of relevant working experience as in-house counsel and/or from reputable law firms
• Highly knowledgeable in laws and standards related to consumer offerings, data protection, product and software development and e-commerce as well as drafting and negotiating contracts (it's a bonus if you have experience from advising companies operating in multiple jurisdictions and/or healthcare businesses)
• Business minded with focus on pragmatic and risk based advice
• Confident in working in fast moving and entrepreneurial driven business, including to help the organization to explore products and business areas which are often new to the industry and legally untested
• Strong prioritization, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English, verbally and in writing
• Have experience of working with engineering and product teams, ideally in a high-growth organizations with global operations.
