The Global Learning & Development team is a learning provider for retailer personnel as well as Importers. We give global direction to the Regions to adapt our messages to local needs and standards. We're constantly working to develop our approach, find the best training solutions and improve our digital eco-system to ensure a modern learning experience for our learners.
What you'll do?
As our L&D Specialist - Digital Solutions you will help shape our approach to digital learning. You will manage the development of the digital learning experience, supporting the management and evolution of key digital learning infrastructure. In addition, you'll be a key interface with the learning solutions team, supporting and working on digital learning activities across multiple channels. This role will mean continuous interaction with multiple stakeholders within the organization.
You will join a highly interesting area with a large business scope; an area that secures profitable and efficient omnichannel development and drives future oriented premium consumer experience in support of our retailers.
This is an offer for temporary recruitment until the end of 2023, with the possibility of prolongation to be discussed later during next year.
Do you fit the profile?
We are looking for you with a few years of experience in digital solutions for learning & development. The role requires that you are fluent in English (spoken and written).
In addition to this, you are also:
• Having an in-depth understanding of digital learning solutions and their practical application
• Comfortable with managing and participating in complex digital learning projects
• Experienced in creating and working with a range of media types and learning content to create blended learning solutions
• Connected within the learning industry and understand where digital solutions are moving towards
• Understanding how an effective digital learning strategy will enable 'mass personalization of learning
• Able to support the integration of digital solutions as part of learning strategy implementation
Automotive experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
Who are you?
You have a high level of integrity and professionalism and are keen to take ownership of your areas of expertise. You are structured and result oriented and have a strong personal drive to get things done to high quality, efficiently and on time. You are comfortable working independently but at the same time, you have cross-functional and integrated work experience, with the ability to cooperate and work in an international team environment. Strong prioritization skills will be an asset in this role, as well as finding new and innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction and deliver effective solutions in different situations.
