We are now recruiting for a new role. Come and join as our L&D Excellence Manager and lead and design the development of AstraZeneca Nordics organizational capabilities, ensuring sustainable use of current, and the development of future capabilities, to meet strategic objectives of the company
What you will do
In this role you will analyse and prioritise competence development/training needs of customer-facing personnel, together with cross-functional team as well as develop training programmes and materials, methods and tools, together with internal and external partners.
Other responsibilities will include
*
Maintain a real time training calendar for continuous training for customer facing personnel
*
Identify, arrange, and coordinate Omnichannel trainings
*
Identifies leading practice within and outside AZ to execute effective competence development programs
*
Coordinate training programs for new hires, including therapy and product training
*
Create and maintain a system to track training and development
*
Assures tasks are of correct quality and in accordance with written procedures and current legal requirements and internal standards
*
Training Manager is the lead in creating Nordic conferences in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Skills & Capabilities Required:
Essential:
*
Academic degree or equivalent
*
Minimum of 5 years' experience in same or similar roles
*
Strong facilitator skills
*
Experience on leading and deliver training sessions
*
Previous sales experience
*
Experience from working with various channels
*
Proven ability to take lead and work with others cross functionally
*
Hands-on involvement in strategic capabilities / development processes
*
Proven record of implementing organizational development initiatives
*
Proven people and skills management in a large organization
*
Has contributed into capability development while in a digital transformation
*
Experience of facilitation with a didactic methodology approach
*
Experience working in a matrix environment
*
Implementing change initiatives and leading change
*
Committed to deliver high quality results
