The position as Learning and Developing Manager will serve as a challenge and opportunity for the right person and constitutes a perfect career opportunity to further challenges in IKEA. The position is located at IKEA of Sweden in Älmhult and you will report to the Supply Chain HR Manager.
Assignment
Developing Business and People together is the key focus for this role – through driving and delivering strategic and operational learning & development solutions to the business challenges or problems tailored to the business context.
Furthermore you are a key person in defining and influencing the L&D competence level in the future business surrounding for example leading and facilitate leadership program etc.
You will be part of the of the Learning & Development matrix and contribute to the One IKEA learning & Development agenda.
In order to succeed you have a solid experience from the Learning & Development in a creative international environment. You have a relevant university degree. Your English is fluent. We believe that you are a structured individual with an analytical capacity. You are direct and communicative and have a powerful self-drive. You understand and believe the fundamentals of IKEA way.
