We are looking for an additional Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSS BB) for FlexLink to drive and develop the operational efficiency throughout FlexLink's operations. Your location can be based in Sweden, Germany or Poland, and you will report directly to our CEO.
Main activities and responsibilities
Together with other BBs you will have the overall responsibility for developing and implementing best practices and LSS tools at all levels in the organization.
• Acting as a change agent promoting and mastering the use of LSS methodology and tools
• Designing business processes that align with customer needs while improving operational effectiveness
• Facilitating management meetings, review the progress of LSS projects
• Leading and complete Black Belt projects
• Leading training sessions in new business processes and tools
• Supporting and coaching Green Belts on their projects
• Together with the Global Management Team and other BBs, identifying new LSS projects through structured project selection methods
Who are you?
• You have a Master's degree in Engineering/Economy or similar
• In addition you have a minimum of 8 years of proven successful business experience from sales, production, IT or engineering
• You are a business minded team player, result oriented, keen to think out of the box and a good communicator.
• Previous experience in Lean Six Sigma and Project Management is welcome
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is meritorious
• As our company language is English, you need to be proficient in writing and speaking
