Job Description
As a Lead you will lead, drive and coordinate all assigned projects. You will be an important part of the Creative Studio and work close with all the creatives. You will take the lead throughout each project, from initial phase to final stage including but not limited to resource planning, creating timelines, budgets and collaborate a lot with cross-functional teams to achieve set goals. You will be the spider in the net.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Lead projects from inception to final delivery, including creating timelines, budgets, and team flow for all activities and productions.
Be part of resource and commercial planning
Motivate and follow up the creative team throughout the delivery process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external partners when needed, to achieve set goals
Coordinate, manage, and follow-up on all projects
Continuously research and keep up to date within your area of expertise and responsibility
Manage and follow up on budget distribution, negotiations, and invoices
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree within related field
Minimum 5 years of experience within digital project or production management
Strategic
Business area expertise and intelligence
Good presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure
Full proficiency in English

Additional Information
This is a permanent position starting as soon as possible, based on-site at our Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden.
