hela Sverige We are looking for a Lead Solution Architect within Microsoft 365 to further develop our offering and work with our customers' modern and digital IT workplace environments. We help our customers 'digital transformation with the M365 platform as a base, we train, lead change, configure and adapt the platform based on our customers' needs.
Responsibilities:
You will be the one who has overall responsibility within M365 Cloud and other traditional services for our customers. Together with your team, you have overall responsibility for our customers' IT workplace environment. Here you will also lead the customers' development in IT forward where you with your expertise and experience are a consultative support around the customer's needs.
To succeed in the role:
You will be the one who develops customer and partner relationships in your area, therefore, you need to have a strong sense of business development and a solid technical foundation to stand on. Furthermore, we are happy to see that in recent years you have also had a role where business development and customer processing have been in focus. We also expect you to have:
Several years of experience with Microsoft 365 Cloud
Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Endpoint Management and Windows Autopilot
Relevant Microsoft certifications
Worked with technology at the forefront and has a good habit of guiding customers and users throughout the M365 suite
Fluent English, both orally and in writing
