We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Pricing Specialist to spearhead our pricing improvement initiatives. You will support sales activities to achieve increases in revenue and profit consistent with business objectives and targets.

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate the work with pricing methodology, processes and tools, driving pricing improvement strategies across the organization
• Offer hands-on support to divisions/teams to develop and implement pricing strategies and initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability - including current state analysis, bid development and risk mitigation (e.g., contractual), pricing sensitivity analysis and scenario modelling
• Lead regular, detailed portfolio monitoring to identify pockets of over-/under-performance from which to drive appropriate pricing strategies
• Champion the pricing agenda with senior stakeholders to ensure pricing insights are at the heart of company decisions and communicate extensively within the company, including with heads of divisions and departments
• Provide peer review - supporting, coaching, mentoring, and sharing of skills and expertise with salespeople and other stakeholders
• Oversee change management efforts to get cross-division buy-in and foster a division-led culture of pricing excellence
• Enable data-driven decision-making by coordinating system support requests to IT/data teams as well as ensuring that requests are fulfilled
• Co-establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure pricing effectiveness
• Ensure effective management of Pricing Champions so they are fully trained, motivated and organized to meet both team and business objectives
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B professional services pricing strategy and leadership roles.
• Experience from large corporations, multinational is preferred
• Experience in pricing optimization across multiple models including cost-plus, market-based and value-based pricing.
• Proven track record in change management, guiding teams through pricing transformations.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. English language is mandatory, Swedish language is preferred
• Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
• Certification in pricing strategy or change management is a plus.
