Lead engineers and project leaders within the Automotive Industry

Are you an engineer with minimum 3-5 years' of experience from the automotive industry, apply for this position! We are in a phase where our clients within the automotive industry are in need of suitable candidates who can tackle challenges by thoughtfully leading and collaborative efforts based on team strengths.

Key responsibilities:

• To be the primary point of contact. This means to build, manage and work through relationships with a tight communication and a strong mindset.
• Analytical skills with an awareness of the total business impact
• Follow up on project deadlines, responsible for a technical and financial understanding amongst team members
• To lead and manage - with regards to safety, cost, time and quality constraints - the development of components and systems within a given field of automotive interior or exterior part.
Qualifications:

• University degree within an Engineering field - preferably automotive or mechanical
• Deep experience of CAD modelling, preferable CATIA V5, AutoCad
• Financial and project understanding
• Good behavior in leadership and cooperation skills
• Experience from the automotive industry
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and preferably in Swedish - spoken and written
• Result oriented and -driven, flexible and proactive personality
Meritious:

• Experience of working with PLM systems, preferably Teamcenter

Place of work: Göteborg

Assignment: Fulltime consultant
