hela Sverige You will act as Technical Lead and be part of ABB Enterprise Software in Sweden. We manage larger delivery projects of SCADA systems with EMS, GMS, and DMS contents globally. Together with our Project Manager, you will lead a team that configures, installs, tests, tunes, and commissions our systems. You will also specify implementations according to customer needs, identify and describe the best technical solution possible and take part in some of your team's activities.
This position puts high demands on your leadership skills, technical understanding and ability to clearly communicate technical solutions to customers and project members. Moreover, you facilitate teamwork and easily motivate others. A strong drive and result-focus is also important, as are great organizational skills.
You hold a university degree along with at least five years' work experience related to power systems. Experience from design or analysis of power systems and related equipment is qualifying. Knowledge of operation, configuration and commissioning of SCADA systems is also highly valued, as is experience from HVDC, smart grids, and working in multinational teams. Skills in relational databases such as Oracle is advantageous. Since you will be part of a global organization, fluency in English is a must, whereas additional languages are considered a plus.
We will also consider applicants who can take on a technical role within EMS, GMS, or DMS, with a strong ambition and drive to become a future Lead Engineer. In this case work experience is advantageous but not a requirement.
