The challenge
As a trainee at Lantmännen, you will be a part of a dynamic and global Group with a vision for growth both in existing and new markets.
You will join one of our professional teams somewhere in our global organization, either within one of our main sectors: Agriculture, Machinery, Energy or Food, or in group functions. Over 15 months, you will get the opportunity to try out four different positions across various sectors, countries and professions - all to achieve in-depth insight in our wide range of products and services.
