The Global Competence Development team is a learning provider for the audience of retailer personnel, customer care agents and competence teams in the National Sales Companies (NSC's) as well as Importers. We give global direction to the regions to adapt our messages to local needs and standards. We're constantly working on a self-development to find the best training approach and a proper digital eco-system aiming to assure a modern learning solution for our learners.
What you'll do?
We are looking for a committed and passionate person to join the team in the role of L&D Digital Solutions Specialist, strongly supporting the general Learning & Development Strategy. As a dedicated interface, you digitally support the development of globally adaptable commercial, technical, soft and business-related training and assessments for the Regions and their Markets and this is in full alignment with global competence needs and priorities. In addition, you will have continuous interaction with other stakeholders within the organization. You will join a highly interesting area with a large business scope; an area that secures profitable and efficient omni-channel development and drives future oriented premium consumer experience in support of our retailers.
Do you fit the profile?
We are looking for you with a few years of experience in digital solutions for learning & development. You have automotive experience as well as an understanding of retailer and NSC processes. The role requires that you are fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of other languages is an advantage. Project Management skills are also highly beneficial.
Your skills:
• You have an in depth understanding of digital learning solutions and their practical application
• You are equally comfortable with managing and participating in complex digital learning projects
• You have experience in creating and working with a range of media types and learning content to create blended learning solutions
• You are connected within the learning industry and understand where digital solutions are moving towards
• You understand how an effective digital learning strategy will enable 'mass personalization of learning
• You can support the integration of digital solutions as part of the learning strategy implementation
Who are you?
You have a high level of integrity and professionalism and are keen to take ownership of your areas of expertise. You are structured and result-oriented and have a strong personal drive to get things done in the correct way on time. You are comfortable working independently but at the same time, you have cross-functional and integrated work experience with a high ability to cooperate and work in an international team environment. Strong prioritization skills will be an asset in this role as well as finding new ways and always looking for smart initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and come up with new solutions in challenging situations.
