PURPOSE OF THE JOB
As Business Developer for NC/ME in the MX Division you will be a key stakeholder in making sure the foundation for growth in this area is solid. The role encompasses liaising between HQ stakeholders, our Nordic Product Management team as well as Sales & Marketing teams by setting up processes, lines of communication & reporting as well as identifying and taking proactive actions in order to improve the NC/ME business across all touchpoints of the addressable market.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Making sure that the processes and working cadence around this part of our business is solid and corresponds with the expectations from our partners as well as internal stakeholders.
• Supporting our partner facing organization both directly and by proxy of other teams in planning and enforcing the strategical direction of our business.
• Actively contribute in the planning, coordination, execution and follow up of strategical initiatives pertaining to NC/ME.
• Owner of Way-of-working initiatives as well as securing deliverables regarding projects aimed at supporting key stakeholders in the business directly involved or adjacent to NC/ME.
• Working closely with the Nordic Head of Division and the rest of the Division leadership team, actively contributing to the strategical direction of the IM division.


QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
• Excellent Korean and English language skills
• Knowledge in IT and Telecom fundamentals
• Sales and/or Marketing experience
• University degree in Business Management, Finance or equivalent

EXPERIENCE
• 5-10 year experience in IT and/or Telecom sales organizations, preferably in a role which is accountable for key KPI:s
• Experience from directly or indirectly managing complex projects in a higly commercial context
• Experience in working in a matrix organization
• Experience in working in an Asian company is a plus

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
• Good knowledge of Nordic market dynamics.
• Excellent knowledge of dynamics and KPI:s pertaining to consumer electronics.
• Good presentation skills
• Good task priority skills and judgment of situation urgency
• Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
• Short learning curve and ability to adapt and take initiative in unfamiliar situations
• Exceptional ability in ad-hoc problem solving and innovative out of the box thinking
• Exceptional ability to take initiative, drive tasks and daily operations self -propelled
• A service minded mindset towards local markets and partners in overall support initiatives and implementation of key projects is a must
• Knowledge about the 4 major Nordic markets a plus
