A software recruitment consultant/ consultant broker is built up from a blend of personal attributes. We are the hunter and the gatherer! We're some of the best, most adaptable and, creative salesmen there are. You must have great personable skills and be able to listen with empathy and understanding towards clients and candidates. One size does not fit all when it comes to recruitment.

About the position
Everyone joining the Finna Group starts as a technical resourcer assisting one of the senior consultants. After 6 months you will be out in the wild (with full support.. Of course), completing the following tasks:
Building up your network of software engineers either permanent or consultants
Moving at a high pace on all leads
Selling your expertise to mid-management and C level managers of some of Stockholm's hottest tech companies
Working closely with existing clients to understand their projects and selling consulting or recruitment services accordingly
Working closely with the sales director to make sure we're offering the most versatile and diverse solutions we can
You will receive leading training from both internal and external resources to make sure you're the best you can be, whatever you chose.
You'll learn everything you can about the market and the technology, you recruit within, which will give you the confidence to be the best consultant you can be.
