Your knowledge of IKEAs brand identity and marketing principles are strong, and you have strong willingness to work in an agile matter. In this role you also have the following knowledge and experience on how to:Identify best practices and knowledge in marketing, connected to increasing the return on investmentSystematically create, share, and utilize this knowledge within IKEA.Follow up on best practice implementation and utilisation, securing change leadership within the function.Work with the CoE leader to continuously assess knowledge gaps within the function, and work with People and Culture to develop learning solutions.Support the CoE Manager in developing the matrix.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY You will be the facilitator of the community and first responder to possible questions from the markets. You are expected to maintain and develop the Centre of Expertise (CoE) relevant parts of the sharing platform, and, in a confident matter, secure change leadership within the function and lead INGKA into new ways of working. As a leader you drive an open and sharing climate, and are a role model of the IKEA values where our co-workers are informed, engaged and empowered. In this role you will also:Help identifying competence gaps, best practices & share knowledge that has been created within Market Support and connect these with unique processes and operations to secure that it will be easier to transform into organizational capabilities and competences. Secure that the direction for integrating Market Support knowledge and related competences into various functions is in place and continuously assessed.Keep an overview of content on platform, facilitate ratings & reviews & follow-up on content usage.Secure right tools, forms & templates specific for the Centre of Expertise in sharing the content.Work with the Management Group and CoE managers to continuously assess if the appropriate knowledge in their fields of expertise is present and secure their ability to share and transfer their knowledge throughout the organization (or, identify best practices, and identify challenges and opportunities).Support the CoE manager in organizing Matrix meetings and the CoE Leader (to an extent) as a management assistant. You will also and act as a content counterpart to the People & Culture team in learning management.
