Now we need more people to plan and sell kitchens in our kitchen departments at IKEA Kållered, IKEA Bäckebol and our IKEA Planera & Beställ on Kungsgatan and Frölunda. We are looking for you who have a great interest in sales and who are good at creating trusting relationships and world-class customer meetings. It is an advantage if you are structured and think several steps ahead. You need to be able to manage your computer and your calculator.

Working with us
As a salesperson in our kitchen departments, you are responsible for your own customers throughout the entire buying process. From dream to detailed planning - everything from choosing doors, finding smart technical solutions and creating floor plans to making decisions about how the kitchen should be assembled and installed. Does it sound complicated? Don't worry - if you have a passion for sales, customer and the desire to develop, we will teach you everything you need to help the customer through all steps. It includes three weeks of kitchen training and an introduction with full pay together with experienced colleagues. Good huh?
After the training, you are ready to meet the customer and contribute to the customer's journey from kitchen dream to dream kitchen. The customers are booked for an initial planning meeting with you. Expert as you are, you present one smart solution after another based on our product range and various service offerings. You probably won't be done in one meeting, but book a follow-up meeting IRL or digitally. It is common for you to meet your customers on several occasions and you have many customers in parallel that you are responsible for.
We know that selling kitchens can seem complicated; These are mathematics, technology, water and sewage, white goods and ergonomics. But you should know that there are plenty of colleagues who are there for you, to feel at home, to give tips and encourage when things go wrong, because it will be. And you know what? One day, you'll do the same to the next new colleague, either as an experienced salesperson, as a leader or in a completely different part of IKEA.
IKEA KÅLLERED
As a salesperson at IKEA Kållered's kitchen department, the scheduled working hours are varied and are located between 08:00-20:00. On weekdays as well as every other weekend.
The contract IKEA Kållered offers is permanent employment including 6 months probationary period, as sales co-worker. With an employment rate of 80%. Salary and uncomfortable hours compensation according to Handels' collective agreement. The start date for the positions at IKEA Kållered is Monday 1 September 2025.
IKEA BÄCKEBOL AND IKEA PLANERA & BESTÄLL (KUNGSGATAN & FRÖLUNDA)
The scheduled working hours vary and are located between 06.00-20.30 on both weekdays and every other weekend. Your main occupation is as a salesperson in the kitchen department at IKEA Bäckebol and at our IKEA Planera & Beställ (Kungsgatan & Frölunda). The employment can be combination positions, which means that individual days and shifts can be located in other functions/departments in the store.
The contracts IKEA Bäckebol offers are permanent employment including 6 months probationary period, as sales co-worker. With an employment rate of 80%. Salary and unsocial hours compensation according to Handels' collective agreement. The start date for these services is Monday, September 1, 2025.
