What are you going to do?
As a Key Account Manager at Konica Minolta, you will work primarily with sales of new IT solutions to new and existing customers. You will have the possibility, freedom and responsibility, to use all your previous sales experience to form this role in a way that suits you and the company. We believe you are used to running and developing business relationships on your own and we want to give you the opportunity to do just that.
The role means that you, as a representative of Konica Minolta, carry out and convey the entire company's basic idea of creating value by being close to customers, building long-term relationships and primarily proposing innovative solutions in IT.
You are part of a sales team where everyone works together to develop the business within ITS. Konica Minolta has for many years built up a very broad customer base and together with the sales manager you will strategically develop your customer portfolio.
Who are you?
First and foremost, you are a real relationship builder; others would surely say you are someone they trust. You are a salesperson through and through and of course you have an interest in IT as well. You thrive when driving sales processes from start to finish and willful as you are you have no problem in finding new and creative ways to find a solution for you clients.
We would also like to see that you have:
• Previous experience of working as a Key Account Manager within IT Sales
• Experience in traditional Sales Work and building customer portfolios
• A background in IT, and preferably experience of Microsoft 365
• Experience in complex IT sales within:
• Microsoft Product Catalog
• Server storage
• Hardware/PC sales bundled with IT infra service
• Experience with SMB customers
• Knowledge about ITIL
You express yourself unhindered in both Swedish and English and you have a driver's license.
