Your role as a Key Account Manager
You will be a member of Natys sales team in Stockholm and work together with their Sales Manager and the team. Naty have an existing international account base for maintenance and there is also always a welcome opportunity to develop new accounts. Your mission will be to analyze markets, recommend strategy and business plans including innovation launch plans, develop business with current customers and prospect for new ones.
You can expect to be hands-on with the account base and work in the sales team to achieve the sale targets as well as working closely with the CEO. You will work closely with the Marketing department to create synergies to get maximum effect of Natys marketing campaigns.
Your qualifications
Naty is looking for a Key Account Manager with minimum 3-5 years of work experience within consumer goods or a FMCG background. It is essential and ideally that you have experience with e-retailers to succeed in this role. Needless to say, you must be self-going, proactive and result driven.
You should have an academic marketing or business education
International sales or marketing experiences are desirable
Experience with customer relationship maintenance
You must be fluent in English and preferably also fluent in Swedish. If you also have another European language on business level it 's an advantage
We believe that you are a professional salesperson with a strong desire for personal growth in the FMCG & Consumer sector
