Key Account Manager
Job description
• Responsibility to co-ordinate activities within respective region, such as sales, projects, specific actions/action plans etc. and be a driving force in this
• Sales of products direct or indirect via branch or local representative
• Customer, order and project handling using ERP and CRM systems
• Cost budgeting of quotations and project/order follow up. Sales budgeting and tactical action plans for the important customers, supported by the Sales Managers
• Co-ordination and co-operation with Field Services, Technical department for project related engineering and with Cargotec Services
• Follow ordered concepts, time schedule and specification and monitor budgetary constraints
• Keep knowledge and follow the rules of the Quality System
Qualifications and personal characteristics
You have the ability to drive and plan own work and well developed social skills. You work well together with co-workers and vendors, and are cost conscious and keep good order and work with high accuracy. We think you have a university degree in Engineering or a Secondary education and equivalent work experience, and that preferably you have some relevant experience in working with sales of similar products and with customers outside of Sweden. You should also have excellent skills in both written and spoken English.
