Customer Relations & Sales is responsible for managing Volvo IT's sales and customer relations and for growing Volvo IT's business on the external market. We have an opening as Key Account Manager for an external customer. The Position is located in Gothenburg or Stockholm, Sweden. The Key Account Manager is reporting to the Director External Sales Nordic -Ola Kristiansen.

Main Responsibilities
• Through the leadership of our cross functional Customer Team, manage Volvo IT's total relationship and business with assigned customer.

• Pro-actively identify opportunities for developing the customers' business using Volvo IT's solutions and services

• Initiate effective responses to customer needs & requests within Volvo IT

• Execute all agreements with the customer (delegated as appropriate)

• Manage customer satisfaction, profitability and selling expenses

• Monitor customer deliveries and initiate actions in case of deviations

Key Qualifications and Capabilities
• The ideal person for this position must be passionate about finding and realizing opportunities to create customer business value as well as to secure that we exceed customer expectations in our different engagements

• Demonstrated ability to manage a large business relationship (with several hundred MSEK annual turn-over)

• Strong ability to build effective relationships

• Documented leadership capabilities and comfortable in working in a matrix environment

• Experience in creating sales

• Experience in leadership

• Experience in team building creating a creative collaborative environment with our clients and internal stakeholders

• Strong ability to negotiate and reach agreements with customer

• Very strong communication skills, including communication with top executives

• Broad IT background

• Knowledge of Volvo IT or other large IT organizations processes, incl. commercial processes

• Good understanding of outsourcing services, business model and organization

• Initiative: Taking action in the absence of specific instructions or in the absence of a specific requirement, taking reasonable risks to achieve results, and showing perseverance when challenged

• Ability to understand current IT environment: To seek new avenues and opportunities to expand services to current customers and communicate the advantages

• Ability to articulate value proposition: Able to convince our potential customers to partner with Volvo IT for exploring and implementing new business solutions

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent
