Junior Sales Engineer for international market



WORKING INSTRUCTIONS

Support the sales team with market analysis, marketing material and general sales support. Progressively building up to handle sales projects to new and existing customers globally.

Handling and monitoring quotes in to orders, invoice and delivery.

Identify client needs and collaborate with our engineering department to develop new products and customer specific projects.

Sales activities through networking, exhibitions, customer and distributor visits, go on meetings and more proactive sales work.

This means international travelling is expected.

YOUR PROFILE

Junior Sales Engineer with strong motivation to learn and drive international sales.

B.Sc or M.Sc in Innovation and Product Development/ Engineering/ Industrial Economics or similar educational background.

You meet and succeed timeframes and goals.

You have a strong commitment towards problem solving and customer satisfaction.

You have a high level of initiative, energy and willingness to cooperate and learn from senior member of the organisation. You are also keen for improvements and challenge us whenever you feel something can be done in a different and better way.

You act safely and confidently against customers, partners, internal and external contacts and have a results oriented and innovative personality.

Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English. Additional languages like German, Spanish or any Asian languages are meritorious.

Generally high IT skills with an expectation to quickly learn and master our business systems and office 365. Higher level of IT skills is meritorious as there is a potential for driving your own digitalisation projects.

You want to grow within the company and deal with multiple market responsibilities, as well as facilitating new business development for company growth.
