We are now looking for a Junior Recruiter to join Klarna's recruitment team. You will work closely with a senior recruiter at Klarna and you will be an important support in their international recruitment processes, mainly with the positions within operations.
Work tasks
You will support the senior recruiter throughout the whole recruitment process, from the beginning with startup meeting to the signing with the right candidate. This includes;
-screening and evaluating incoming applications
-having telephone interviews and holding personal interviews
-presenting candidates to stakeholders within Klarna
-administrate tests and assessment events
Who are you?
We are looking for a person with
-Previous experience from business oriented work tasks. Previous experience within recruitment is preferred, but not necessary.
-Fluent English skills, both in written and spoken.
- A relevant education within the fields of HR, economics, business management is a big plus.
To succeed in this role, you are curious about recruitment and want to develop within this field. You have loads of potential and you want to use that to perform on top. Driven, social, well-structured and organized are words that describes you. You have the ability to work with several parallel processes and you also have an eye for details. You are an excellent communicator as you will have a lot of contact with candidates, and you have the ability to represent Klarna as an interesting employer to candidates.
