Who you are
Who you areYou want to work with improving and developing the Deliver processes within an international and cross-cultural environment. You like to question the existing ways of working and create change by motivating and engaging others. You have an analytical and solution oriented approach and are good at interacting and working tother with your colleagues. You possess a basic understanding of how an ERP system supports the Deliver processes in a manufacturing company.
Key strategic initiativeEndeavour is one of Alfa Laval Operations' global strategic initiatives with the target of harmonizing our supply chain processes. This is done via the world-class platform Microsoft Dynamics AX. Endeavour is right now in a very interesting phase where we will increase the speed of the development and roll-out.
About the jobAs Junior Process Manager your focus will be to develop, document and implement global Deliver processes withing Alfa Laval Organisation.You will coordinate work and have communication with the Global Sales system team.
What you knowYou have a Masters degree or equivalent probably in Engineering or Business Administration. We see that you have few years' of experience working with supply chain processes like order handling, customer service, production planning or similar.
It's meritorious if you have project management experience.Working with Microsoft Dynamics AX is also seen as an advantage.
