We are looking for high performing and talented individuals with a recent graduate and a Master degree within Business and/or Engineering. Skills such as business mindset, excellent communicator, high level of language proficiency in both Swedish and English, analytical way of solving problems and team player is highly valued. In addition to excellent grades we value international experience, previous work experience and other engagements and achievements showing a strong drive, high ambition and passion.
As a new consultant you will join our consulting program where you will learn our tools and methods while building a broad competence in several of our capability areas. During the first years you will be a part of our Associate-team that supports the firm in its development and, nonetheless, the team provides a valuable network and a great social platform. Furthermore, you will get a mentor and a dedicated performance manager supporting you in your career.
