What is New Minds Academy?
New Minds Academy is our 12-month program, where you will be formally employed by New Minds with an attractive salary package, while working within challenging commercial projects at your chosen company. During the year, you will also have the opportunity to develop your skills further through our training package where senior experts teach about topics such as TDD, workshop facilitation and cyber security. Through a hands-on approach, we believe that you will strengthen your professional skills and grow both technically and socially. After completing the Academy, our ambition is for you to have the tools needed to take the next step within your chosen company.

How can you contribute?
Probably with a lot of things, but in the role as a developer, it is good if you recognize yourself in this:
• YH, Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Skills in Java or C#
• Fluent in English
• Meritorious with knowledge in Cloud computing (AWS/Azure)
• Personality wise? Come as you are. We have a place for everyone!
