About the Position
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be part of our engineering and sales team. You will be responsible for creating user interfaces for our product dashboard, as well as other visuals related to our product suite, including presentations, reports, user interfaces, and product design, under the brand guidelines.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
Design product specifications and proposals
Creating images and layouts by hand or using design software
Testing graphics across various media
Preparing rough drafts and presenting ideas
Create 2D-sketches
Reformatting and retouching images
Collaborating with engineers and content creators to produce final designs
Amending designs based on feedback
Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Great knowledge of design software and technologies (such as Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Autodesk suite)
Experience in 3D-modeling
Experience in product design & development
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Experience with user research and experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
We expect you to have strong graphic skills and be able to communicate effectively in English. You are a creative person with a pragmatic and humble approach. Being a self-motivator and having a get-it-done mentality is essential. Familiarity with an agile environment and experience working in a global organization are advantageous.
