Junior Designer
Our Marketing Communication team is always up for new projects and we're now looking for a creative genius that wants to be a part of our exciting mission to strengthen our Telavox brand and expand internationally. World domination in business communication is our target, and we want you to be a part of it!
About the job
As our new Junior Designer, you will work collaboratively in our Global Marketing department. You will be Telavox's go-to person when we need to create new material and solutions based on our existing graphic profile.
Together with our copywriter, content manager, and product marketers you will create kick-ass designs for newsletters, ads, event merch, e-books, and a lot more. You will be in charge of recurring updates on existing product material and always ensure that brand guidelines are applied throughout the whole organization. If you also love to experiment with motion video editing and animation production that is a mega plus.
It's also important to stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and to contribute with your imaginative mind and energy to the entire organization! As our creative department will continue growing, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and entrepreneurial environment where you can grow and progress.

About you
To have lots of fun and at the same time create magic in this role we believe you are a curious and collaborative person. We promote a relevant design education, or that you are an autodidact superstar topped with strong communication skills. You like to spend your working days in the Adobe Suite and have a strong eye for visual details.
You feel comfortable taking ownership of the visual expression of our marketing material and enjoy collaborating and communicating with stakeholders across the organization. An agile mindset is natural to you.
You effectively and professionally communicate in written format. You prioritize your tasks in a structured manner to create the highest possible customer satisfaction and always attend to this first.
To enjoy and excel in this role, we believe that you:
• Have 1-3 years of work experience in the field and/or relevant education
• Possess great skills in the Adobe CC Suite (Mainly Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign)
• Communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written. Another language would be the icing on the cake but not a must
• Have an eye-catching portfolio, a great eye for details, and a passion for pixel perfection
• Looking forward to meeting new people and new challenges with a smile on your face
It 's meritorious if you have:
• Experience in motion design video editing
• Worked with, or produced content for, social media
• Have experience in the tech industry and/or B2B
