Be part of our UpSkill Trainee Program
We want to develop young talents in the best way possible and provide insight into our operations and business units. During this one-year program, we will give you a work assignment to work on during the whole period. The program tailors from your background and the unit's competence needs. As a trainee, you will attend regular training and social gatherings where the trainee group meets to acquire new skills and share experiences. When the program comes to an end, we will offer you a permanent position in the department, and you will continue your journey with us in a new position.

As a Junior Controller trainee, you will support VP Finance for Cash Management to safeguard the continuity of high-class Finance at Cash Management. You will follow up on financial reporting with your improved and deepened performance as you go. But that's not all. You will also develop finance-related KPIs and increase interaction and collaboration within the Cash Management Finance network - enhance reporting quality through well-functioning closing and reporting processes. Some of your priorities will be:
• Supporting VP Finance with monthly reports, analysis, and communication.
• Take care of the compilation of responses to follow-up questions to ensure open issues are closed timely.
• Improve our ability to successfully support our projects.
• Be a coordinator for the Global Cash Management Finance Forum - support with agenda preparations and collection of material to keep track of issue logs.
Education Required: Degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar
Language: English and Swedish
Specific or Technical knowledge: Interest in Power BI and willingness to learn other digital platforms
