The Air France KLM North Europe office is based in Solna. The centralized activities for the region North Europe such as sales, marketing & communication, human resources and finance are based here. The Solna location is also the main office for the Swedish commercial establishment.

Work description
The Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for producing and analysing supporting information, used in the steering and the decision making process of the management team in the North Europe establishment.
In this position, together with your team, you are responsible for the Financial and Commercial reporting. On monthly basis you produce forecast models and you analyse the differences versus the previous forecast. You make KPI reports and evaluate the performance, identifying strengths/weaknesses and opportunities/threats. Furthermore you handle ad hoc analysis requests from different departments and stakeholders and provide quarterly strategic reporting to head-office.
You will report to the Air France KLM Financial Controller and work closely with different departments in our North Europe establishment and with the headquarters of Air France and KLM.
Profile
The Business Intelligence Analyst should have a University degree in economics, business administration or equal relevant studies and about 2 years’ experience in a similar position, or in working with MI/BI tools, as for an example SAP (business object), SAS (BI portal) or RMP (Citrix), preferably in an international environment. In the role of Business Intelligence Analyst you will need excellent skills in Excel. As Air France KLM is an international company, fluent English, both written and spoken, are required. Knowledge of the Swedish language is an advantage, not a requirement.
Our preferred candidate thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment at the intersection of management information, finance and product. You are used to analysing large amounts of data and have considerable knowledge of management information systems & BI tools. You are a proactive and pragmatic problem solver and a team-player with great communication skills.
