We are looking for a driven Junior Business Controller for our client, are you ready for an exciting challenge?
About the position
One of Perido's many clients is a company active in the automotive industry. They are one of the world's leading manufacturers of trucks, buses, construction machinery, and marine and industrial engines. We are now looking for a Junior Business Controller for their team at the company's office in Gothenburg, where the work takes place on site in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and manage financial control activities
Support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate outputs
Perform proactive financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
Partner with management to drive financial performance and achieve business targets
Collaborate with other finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders to align financial processes with overall strategic goals
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
Provide thorough and insightful financial reports and presentations to senior management
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within financial processes and systems
Together with the finance data team, secure automation of financial reports in Power BI
Your characteristics
We are looking for someone who is a skilled communicator and can convey clear and convincing messages adapted to different target groups. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you build strong partnerships to achieve common goals. You lead independently and make confident decisions that drive development forward. With a structured working method, you plan and prioritize effectively to achieve the organization's goals.

Qualifications:
Background in financial controllig, with 2+ years of experience in similar roles
You are adept at working in multicultural and global environments, and have excellent communication and presentation skills
You possess strategic thinking and can translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
You are proficient in using financial tools, including SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and other financial reporting tools
You have a proactive approach, are detail-oriented, and are committed to meeting deadlines
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Contract type and hours
Full-time consulting assignment until 2025-07-01. Start immediately.
