hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Presis Konsult AB i Stockholm We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support business processes at Presis Konsult, from researching progressive systems solutions to evaluating their impacts. This role requires someone that is a detailed planner, good communicator, and a research analyst. You should be committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape.
Responsibilities
Work with project managers, developers, and subject matter experts to create detailed business analysis documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, etc.
Support cost-benefit analyses to justify recommendations and support decision-making.
Understand business processes and objectives to develop technical solutions that meet user needs.
Develop test plans to ensure that implemented solutions meet business requirements.
Assist in the development and execution of user acceptance testing.
Monitor and report on project progress and performance, highlighting risks and issues for resolution.
Update stakeholders on project status and deliverables.
Manage change requests and track their impact on project scope, schedule, and budget.
Provide input into training materials and user manuals.
Support the implementation of new systems and applications.
Perform post-implementation reviews to assess the success of a project and identify areas for improvement.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
1-3 years' experience in business analysis or related.
Familiar with processes such as collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating significant. amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with MS office.
Good English and Swedish skills.
Additional skill
Familiar with SQL, Tableau, and/or other data visualization tools
Experience in the Technology industry.
Familiar working in Agile/Scrum environment.
