We are currently looking for an Accountant for a 3 month temp position to our international client within the Pharma industry, located north of Stockholm. Our client has very rapidly become one of the fastest growing generic pharmaceutical companies where the sales, marketing and distribution network now reaches over 60 countries. This is a great opportunity to join in and be a part of the build-up of the economy department in Stockholm.

The Accountant is responsible for the daily accounting. The accountant reports directly to the Head of Finance and Logistics. This position must have a very strong sense of responsibility with the desire to take ownership of projects, be flexible, and manage simultaneous priorities under changing deadlines.
Must be detail oriented; possess excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to work both as a member of an integrated team and as an independent worker.

In your daily work you will be responsible for (amongst other):
• Control the accounting cycle (reception, signature verification, invoices accounting and their payments).
• Analytical accountancy: analytical allocation control of all company expenses, following the structure and budgets guidelines marked for each exercise.
• Reconciliation and monthly reporting.
• Supplier invoices
• Monthly Payments Forecast and reporting: periodic payments, direct debit and payment remittance.
• Taxes and statements: Preparation and settlement of taxes (incl VAT) and statements forms.
• Company vehicle fleet management.
• Other various administrative tasks.
• Good excel knowledge.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience from above financial duties and good knowledge of general accounting principles. Will have the ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
The candidate must be a good team-player and be able to effectively organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects.

Further the candidate demonstrates action in the absence of specific direction and sees what needs to be done. Will have attention to detail and high level of accuracy and demonstrates the ability to think, function and perform effectively in a stressful environment.
Will also be able to communicate well in both verbal and written Swedish and English.
