hela Sverige Are you a Mechanical Engineer with a passion for innovation and problem-solving? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team in Västerås.
In this role, you will have a diverse set of responsibilities. You will be tasked with developing technical solutions, serving as a source of technical sales support, and collaborating on production and manufacturing adaptation efforts. This position requires you to maintain close communication and interaction with our in-house production team, customers, and subcontractors.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the project lifecycle, providing technical recommendations across various phases, including design, engineering, testing, installation, and commissioning. Your objective will be to ensure that all actions taken align with process requirements and adhere to established industry standards.
About you
As a person you possesses qualities that include meticulousness, structured thinking, service orientation, creativity, proactive problem-solving, and a relentless focus on delivering results on time and with the highest quality.
Qualifications
• Experience with 3D modeling and a deep understanding of strength calculations
• A proven track record working on welded designs in stainless steel, with proficiency in Solidworks and Solidworks PDM
• Good knowledge of MS
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• A high level of self-motivation and a genuine passion for learning about new technologies
• A collaborative mindset, with a knack for finding solutions and excellent communication skills
