The Scrum team is small, cross-functional and self-organizing units that cooperate with the product owner to

new functions from start to finish. Examples are the design discussions, backlog grooming and planning.

An interesting and challenging aspect of this position is that you will use the hardware (eg, electronic keys and
lock) in your daily work with the software.
Who you are
We think you're a skilled Java developers, and are intended for part of a team delivering high quality
software. You do this by sharing our faith in flexible values, by motivated, focused, take initiative and
eager to learn.
Test-driven development, continuous integration, discussing design refactoring and pair programming is a
natural part of your work. Development tasks could include everything from frontend web design writing
Database upgrade scripts and server backend code. As part of the team you what to do for a
successful release, including investigating reported bugs, writing documentation, participate in pre-release
testing, and make the performance measurements.
We expect you to do great work, both as part of a team and independently.
We work in a global environment, so you must be proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
You feel safe in some of the techniques, tools and methods currently in use:
