Join our team working towards excellence within incident, problem, and change management for the Customer domain - We provide operational offloading and simultaneously empowering product teams to realize DevOps.
About the role
You will ensure the value that our offloading teams delivers. Meaning you will work closely with our portfolio management, service roadmap, prioritized initiatives, collaborate with partners and vendors, and authorization of the release of new capabilities. You will also have a huge impact on delivery maturity and metrics for all matters regarding the Offloading Delivery.
As a cross functional team following agile practices we believe in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. We work with a focus on value creation, growth and serving customers with full responsibility ownership and accountability. Delivering exceptional customer and business results. You will report to the Offloading Manager who is accountable for the Offloading to the Product Owners in Business Tech within the Customer Domain.
What you 'll do
Responsible for that the delivery meet stakeholders' expectations and business' needs
Actively work with partners and other teams to define and prioritize a backlog of items improving the delivery
Develop cost efficient, stable and sustainable delivery processes and ways of working
Performs defined tasks to monitor delivery against service level agreements/KPI's and reports on status
Ensure compliance towards common and agreed on ways of working
Keep information of the delivery d up to date through tools and processes
Cooperate and agree on deliveries with suppliers, product teams and 3rd parties for supporting services, solutions, functions and processes
Analyze availability, reliability, maintainability and serviceability in order to find possibilities to improve
Take on local problem management, local incident and local change roles and perform needed day to day activities that occur in those roles such as:
Approving change requests
Manage incident escalations and process errors
Handle problem escalations and process errors

Application and infrastructure operations Service/Delivery life cycle Management
Information Technology Infrastructure Library, ITIL
Internal and external Stakeholder Management
Using agile methodologies and tools, familiar with agile ways of working
Contract negotiations, offerings and agreements with external suppliers
Service Catalogue Management tools and processes
Working with diverse and complex solutions and international delivery's
E-Commerce value chain
